Returns And Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened Items: We accept returns on items that are unopened, in their original packaging, and with the seal intact.

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and suitable for resale.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you are entitled to a return, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights. Faulty items can be returned even if they have been opened.

Exclusions

Please note that for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@lulae.co.uk with your order number, proof of purchase and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return reference number.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.

  4. Lulaé does not cover the cost of returns postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong item is sent out in error.​

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
